Ven-Cor Management Company, LLC was founded in April 1999 by Douglas Dean Ross, a former operations executive who left corporate life to work directly with business owners in the San Fernando Valley.
Our history
Douglas spent twelve years managing operations for a national retail chain before founding Ven-Cor. He had seen how large companies built systems — and how small businesses struggled without them. His insight was simple: the discipline that makes a corporation run can be adapted, not copied, for a twenty-person business.
Over the years, Ven-Cor has worked with manufacturers, professional service firms, retail operators, and family businesses across Los Angeles. We have guided companies through recessions, expansions, leadership transitions, and sales. The common thread is that we stay.

Douglas Dean Ross
Douglas holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and is a certified management consultant. He has served on the board of the Valley Industry and Commerce Association and teaches an operations seminar at a local community college.
